A significant factor in the success of QuDieMGA is the support provided to our users, particularly in the early stages.
QuDieMGA applications have been developed specifically for the flying club environment and are simple to install and use. To ensure this is a straightforward process the trial period not only provides free use of the system but includes as much telephone support as you need to implement and familiarise yourself with its features and functions. Context sensitive Help screens will likely provide answers to many of your questions but if you need to discuss the best way of addressing your particular club’s operational needs we are here to help and advise. If required we can set-up system pricing in accordance with your pricing information for you to import into the system.
Beyond the trial period, you have a choice of on-going support schemes:
For single payment licences QuDieMGA Partnership Support provides, for a modest monthly fee, on-going telephone support beyond the trial period, free upgrades as required and discounts on future purchases, custom configuration and on-site training and support charges.
QuDieMGA Partnership Plus incorporates all the benefits of Partnership Support within a monthly payment scheme that includes the licence fee, with no up-front payments.
We recognise that we both have a vital interest in ensuring the system meets your needs. Our part is to support you in achieving this.
Note that operation of the system (including data protection) and supply and support of all hardware is the responsibility of the user.
