from CavOK Let's face it, you joined a flying group to get the benefits of owning your own aircraft whilst sharing the costs with others. None of you were looking to become administrators; everyone wants a hassle-free means of booking the aircraft. Having made a significant financial commitment to purchase and maintain an aircraft, does it make sense to rely on the "someone gets lumbered" booking system to be able to fly it. With the best will in the world, a member responsible for the diary cannot guarantee to be available on demand. So your aircraft can sit on the ground when it could have been flying and a member is frustrated at being unable to take the opportunity, possibly unexpected, to get airborne. Different scheduling systems have been tried to overcome the problem. They have generally resulted in under-utilised aircraft, higher costs/hour and create the potential for conflict within the group. There is only one solution; a booking system that provides immediate and reliable response. QuDieM On-Line Freedom provides just that, 24hrs a day on the internet and during office hours by telephone. So isn't it time your group had less hassle booking their aircraft and more time flying it! If getting hold of one person to make a booking can be a hit and miss affair, how much more so is the task of communicating with all members. QuDieM On-Line Freedom neatly overcomes the problem by providing facilities within your Group secure area for messages to be recorded. Members logging on to make a booking will automatically see the latest NoticeBoard message, be able to review earlier ones and enter their own responses. NotePad allows comments to be entered alongside the daily booking schedules. Whether providing service information to all members or inviting colleagues to accompany a member on a flight, NoticeBoard and NotePad make the task simple, reliable and hassle free. To visit

QuDieM On-Line Operations The custom configured service allows groups to specify up to 10 timed booking slots per day and define a booking horizon. In addition journey details may be recorded in a flight log including pilot's name, start and stop tacho's, departure and arrival times and fuel uplift. Administrators are able to review and print out the log, providing a convenient means of collecting the data necessary for billing members. As with the free service, group communications benefit from the secure NoticeBoard. With QuDieM On-Line Operations' optional Statistics module, group administrators can view and print summary and detailed reports of members' flight charges and aircraft utilisation. If tacho's are entered for each flight, the system will warn of a Log Error indicating that details have been incorrectly entered or a flight is missing from the log. Engine service data and "Time to Next Check" records are automatically maintained. All this information is accessible by every member, making it easy to share information and responsibilities around the group and enabling members to determine that there are sufficient hours remaining to the Next Check before leaving for the airfield.
